We take a pride in the service we provide to our customers and hence we will at all times respect our customers; be polite; helpful (assistance in entering and leaving our vehicles including help with luggage); punctual; smart in appearance and courteous in manner.

Terms and Conditions

(Trading Statement)

 1. Drivers reserve the right to request full payment in advance before the commencement of a journey in certain circumstances. This can be made by credit/debit card or in cash and is non refundable.

2. We offer account facilities for businesses or individuals subject to status. As a condition of opening the account invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date.

3. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A 5% handling charged will be added for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit cards.

4. Payment by cheque will be at the discretion of the driver.

5. Quotes are valid for 1 month and are based on information provided by the customer. If you have a change to your itinerary please contact us for a revised quote.

6. For airport pick-ups we include 45 minutes waiting time in the quote.

7. Parking costs/tolls etc will be charged at cost.

8. We operate a strict no smoking/drinking/eating policy in all of our vehicles.

9. Our vehicles are all fully insured for public liability but this does not constitute travel insurance.

10. We reserve the right to refuse to carry a passenger who is deemed to be a nuisance or a danger to any of our drivers or other passengers. If necessary we will contact the police to remove such an offender. No compensation is payable in this case.

11. In the event of a vehicle breakdown we will provide an alternative to the one booked. We will also endeavour to provide a vehicle of a similar standard where possible.

12. We cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by traffic hold ups, road works, adverse weather conditions, force majeure etc.

13. Any malicious damage or deliberate breakages or carelessness resulting in damage to the vehicle will be charged

14. Soiling will be charged at a minimum of £80. Failure to pay will result in prosecution.

15. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they take all belongings with them when leaving the vehicle.

As we respect our passengers we expect our passengers to respect our drivers. Any abuse; abusive behaviour will result in the passenger being asked to leave the taxi – regardless where the taxi is at the time. We will prosecute assaults on our driver’s.
